Patient had many broken fillings and cavities. Both front and back teeth were very weak. Once all the decay was removed and the teeth were built back up, we placed porcelain fused to metal crowns for strength and appearance.

Patient had two severely worn and chipped upper front teeth. We placed two porcelain fused to metal crowns for strength and aesthetics.

Patient had amelogenesis imperfecta (defective tooth enamel). The teeth also had wear and large fillings. We placed four porcelain fused to metal crowns. We purposely created staining and some imperfections in the new crowns to make them look more natural and match the lower teeth. Placing all white crowns in this case would look very unnatural.

Patient first had orthodontic work done to reposition teeth. Once the teeth were positioned correctly, we recontoured the gums using laser surgery. Then, we placed six porcelain fused to metal crowns.
